Job Description & Responsibilities

This is a full-time position focused on driving revenue and providing a “Wow!” experience for Seasoned trial accounts and customers. We’re offering restaurants something no one else in the market offers - a truly concierge experience to fill their open positions. Restaurant managers and owners think about 100 different things a day, with hiring being the most critical. We take a hands-on approach to helping them find the right hires, fast.

Your role as the owner of their experience means you’ll do whatever it takes to fill their openings as quickly as possible, while ensuring an easy and enjoyable process for all. To create a “wow” experience, you will:

  • Understand the restaurants’ hiring needs and what they are looking for in a candidate
  • Call 20-30 paying customers daily and get product feedback
  • Support the success of the product experience in creative ways
  • Work with customers to offer support and training when needed
  • Organize and relay feedback to product team
  • Must have a sales oriented mindset in order to upsell current customers to upgrade or grow more locations
  • Work with the Customer Success Team to optimize customer’s job postings
  • Analyze feedback and report on trends
  • Ad hoc requests to determine value of new product features
  • Ability to work in a startup mindset with multiple moving pieces
  • Understanding of restaurant industry, work, or management is preferred

A successful candidate should:

  • 1-2 years of customer success or account management experience, SaaS company and Salesforce knowledge preferred
  • Be open to working in a startup environment, i.e., willing to wear more that one hat, expect to adapt quickly to change
  • Be a self starter in a remote work environment
  • Be able to work fast and understand the needs of both candidates and customers
  • Be sales oriented and upsell current customers to upgrade or grow more locations
  • Bring a positive attitude and passion for our challenge

Compensation: Competitive and includes benefits, 401k, etc.
