They will work with the rest of the Growth team to optimize these channels, test new ideas, improve measurement and reporting, and align performance to key business objectives. As our team and program grows, the GMM will have the opportunity to explore and test new marketing channels to grow our business.

  • Experience managing vendor / 3rd party relationships (Google Ad reps, 3rd party tools, etc.)
  • Ability to think at both a tactical level, as well as a strategic performance marketing level
  • Efficiency in tailoring communication to different audiences (team level vs. leadership level, internal vs. external, marketers vs. non-marketers, etc.)
  • Excitement by the opportunity to fully own an area of the business, develop a path forward, and execute on that plan
  • Independent ownership of tasks, can be relied on to effectively move projects forward and escalate when support is needed
  • Enjoyment in proactively pursuing opportunities, and always looking for ways to improve
