We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that is self-motivated and thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. A Seasoned inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 40 calls per day, working with team members, generating interest and revenue. This is a full-time position focused on building a paying customer base and sourcing franchise/corporate leads. Seasoned is a venture backed high growth startup bringing disruptive hiring technology to the restaurant industry.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Seasoned Inside Sales responsibilities include:

  • Average 40 sales calls a day (Over phone)
  • Call potential customers immediately after they hit paywall
  • Stay organized with your sales pipeline
  • Log notes and set follow up meetings
  • Convert new paying customers from free trial
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Activate new multi-locations for enterprise sales by communicating with both Operational Directors and store managers
  • Establish & cultivate relationships with customers to get referrals & potential franchise/corporate upsells
  • Provide customer feedback about the product for app development team

What it takes to succeed:

  • 2+ years of sales experience within SaaS or recruiting technology industries
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting quota within an outbound or inbound role
  • Previous experience within an inbound or outbound call center preferred
  • Excellent communication skills over email, text, or video
  • Be open to working in a startup environment, i.e., willing to wear more than one hat, expect to adapt quickly to change
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as confident ability in asking for the close
  • Familiar with SFDC, Google Suite, and Microsoft office
