Please take note, this role is based out of Phoenix, Arizona and is hybrid. We're only accepting applicants who are able to work out of the Phoenix office 2-3 days a week.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Development Representative that is self-motivated and eager to learn. A Sales Development Representative at Seasoned will play a fundamental role in ensuring our future customers have a positive initial experience with Seasoned and are set up for success moving forward in their journey with us. In this role you will receive continual training and development as part of our career program.

You must be comfortable making 50 calls per day, working with members across a variety of teams, coaching prospects on best practices, and ultimately moving them through the top of our sales funnel. This is a full-time position that sits in the middle of product, sales, customer success, and our prospective Clients. Sales Development Representatives will use their understanding of each of these segments of the business to qualify for our ideal customer profiles, drive successful experiences with our product, and internally route prospects to the appropriate teams. Seasoned is a venture backed high growth startup bringing disruptive hiring technology to the restaurant industry.

As an SDR you will:

  • Drive business development activities working with multiple Seasoned teams including Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Product
  • Engage directly with prospective customers to ensure they are managed in a prompt and professional manner to maximize customer experience
  • Support the Revenue Organization on outbound campaigns to ensure our target prospects are aware and properly educated on Seasoned value and product
  • Engage with trial users to train on the product and coach on best practices to ensure they obtain maximize product value
  • Conduct data and information gathering through internal research and by speaking to our prospects directly as we work to properly segment our clients and organize our customer database
  • As you are often the first face of Seasoned, bring your innovative ideas and energetic spirit to all your efforts.

Compensation: Competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn OTE, and includes benefits, 401k, Equity.
