Seasoned is excited to add an experienced Account Executive to our team who will manage the full Enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to close, to lock in new deals within our Enterprise segment. This person will contribute significantly to Seasoned’s success helping us meet our ambitious growth goals.

The Enterprise Account Executive position at Seasoned is a unique opportunity to contribute within a growing and resilient start-up building products at the forefront of the restaurant recruiting and technology segment. This individual should have in-depth experience in new business hunting, a proven methodology for closing new deals, a consistent track record of exceeding quotas even in the toughest of markets, and the ability to influence decision makers of various levels from c-suite to general managers.

At Seasoned, we value balance and strong opinions loosely held, so we expect this individual to also be accepting and open to some of the playbooks the team has developed regarding what has been observed to be trending well in terms of collaboration, and influencing decision-making within this niche technology segment.

Please note. This is a remote role, and we are accepting candidates within all 50 US states. However, we have a workspace in Phoenix, AZ. Our request is that if you are located within 20 miles of the workspace, this person is able to spend 2 to 3 days a week working out of that workspace.

About the role

In your role as an Enterprise Account Executive at Seasoned, you will help us scale into new and existing markets. Specifically, this role will interact with high-level decision makers within large Enterprise restaurant groups that have 100-3,000 locations in order to uncover, influence, and resolve their hiring needs. You will pursue both inbound and outbound opportunities within the restaurant recruiting and technology segment. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with all team members, especially Account and Customer Success Managers, to ensure the client is set up for success, and continues to have a great experience after the deal closes.

Successful candidates in this position have the confidence and know how to influence up, down, and sideways, and ask the right questions to ensure the right decision maker is the one you're spending the most effort on from the start of the relationship.

Finally, you should be able to identify trends in data, and understand which levers to pull at what time to ensure we’re tracking toward our sales objectives based on markets, deals, and quota numbers. You should be comfortable discussing technology, metrics, and why you believe technology is a powerful tool to help businesses automate and streamline their operations.

This role will carry an active quota and has the opportunity to earn a substantial amount of OTE compensation.

What you'll do

  • Actively prospect new targeted leads aligned to Seasoned’s new partnerships strategy
  • Effectively map prospective organizations decision makers with precision outreach
  • High emphasis on Operations leadership engagement and alignment on KPIs
  • Manage day-to-day decision maker relationships as it pertains to sales revenue growth
  • Become an expert in Seasoned’s product offerings in addition to industry knowledge
  • Identify potential client pain points and make product recommendations to solve their needs based on current staffing levels
  • Play an active role in forecasting your pipeline and account plan objectives
  • Work primarily with restaurant groups and franchisees with 100+ locations

What will set you up for success

  • 3-5+ years of enterprise sales experience with 2+ years in restaurant technology or HR Tech industry required
  • Demonstrated track record of acquiring new enterprise level partnerships or logos
  • Skilled in positioning and negotiating annual term contracts
  • Experience managing an active pipeline of multi-location restaurants with 100 + locations
  • Be open to working in a startup environment, i.e., willing to wear more than one hat, expect to adapt quickly to change
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as confident ability in asking for the close
  • Familiar with SFDC, Google Suite, and Microsoft office
  • Bring a positive attitude and passion for our challenge

Compensation and benefits

Base compensation: USD $100,000-$130,000 with the ability to earn substantial OTE.
