Seasoned is hiring a Mid-Market Account Expansion Manager to help us scale our existing accounts and establish new partnerships. Relationship building is the cornerstone of this role. By building meaningful relationships, we ensure customer satisfaction by helping those already familiar with the Seasoned product get the most out of it at scale, as well as explaining the value of our product to new restaurant groups identifying their unique needs and how we can assist them.

Please be advised: this is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days of in-person work each week in our Phoenix workspace.

About the role

As a Mid-Market Account Expansion Manager, you will consult with both newer and tenured restaurant groups within the recruiting and technology segment. Throughout this process you will work directly with the client as we take them from proof of concept to increased adoption, and ultimately, to a long-term partnership. This role will interact primarily with high-level decision makers as well as coordinate resources to support front line operations at the restaurant level.

You will play an integral role in helping to build out process and long-term strategy. An ideal candidate will have developed a playbook at a start-up or scaling company and iterated on it many times to maximize efficiency and return to the business strategy frequently. In this role, someone who can balance high-level strategy, with day-to-day account management, while focusing on revenue growth is the key to success. All of those ingredients also make for a happy and healthy partnership.

This role will carry and active quota and has opportunity to earn a substantial amount of OTE compensation.

What you'll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for restaurant clients within your book of business
  • Establish ongoing relationships with high-level decision makers (VP and above)
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship as it pertains to sales, strategy, and expansion opportunities
  • Understand client needs as it relates to their long term hiring plans and goals
  • Work directly with front line sales and success as well as the client to establish long-term KPIs
  • Oversee proof of concept launches and success metrics
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews as planned
  • Analyze multiple levels of performance data and develop best practices on a per client basis
  • Present your learnings to internal stakeholders and align resources for support
  • Have experience understanding and taking action of usage and software metrics
  • Develop a strategy for long-term success across your clients for location and revenue growth

What will set you up for success

  • 5-8 years of account management sales experience with 2+ years in restaurant technology industry or SaaS preferred
  • Demonstrated track record selling and expanding partnerships of $25K+ in ARR across multiple and executive level decision makers
  • Experience managing an active an active pipeline of multi-location restaurants
  • Experience in a startup or scaling environment where processes and product are growing, i.e., willing to wear more than one hat, expect to adapt quickly to change
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as confidence in your ability in asking for the close
  • Familiar with SFDC, Google Suite, and Microsoft office

Compensation and benefits

Base compensation: USD $80,000-$110,000 with the ability to earn substantial OTE.
