About the role

We are looking for a talented Operations Associate to assist the operations team in the daily management of the business. The ideal candidate is passionate about growing and learning in a fast-paced environment.


  • Assist in data governance, input and maintenance including Salesforce CRM
  • Assist the operations, success and sales teams in daily business management tasks
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders of the company
  • Create and maintain business reporting
  • Analyze and collect business requirements and design processes
  • Provide operational support to other functions


  • 2+ years Experience in an operational or data role
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, with a strong desire to grow and learn
  • Excellent time management skills with great follow through on tasks
  • Responsibility, close attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Passion for working a fast-paced, diverse work environment
  • Business, Engineering or Mathematics background preferred
  • Salesforce (or other CRM) experience preferred
