Job Description & Responsibilities

Seasoned Inc. is looking for a foundational Mid-Market Sales Manager hire to help Seasoned scale into new and existing markets. As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will lead the team focused on landing and expanding new opportunities within the restaurant recruiting and technology segment. Throughout this process you will work directly with your new sales and partnerships team as we take them from initial sale to proof of concept, ultimately to a long-term partnership.

Given this is a newly formed position, you will play an integral role in helping to build out the process and long term strategy. Doing so will require a strong entrepreneurial mindset to not only help develop this role further but execute the plan on a daily basis. This role's primary focus will be balancing the customer needs, managing and growing your team, as well as securing and growing revenue on a quarterly basis.

Where you come in:

  • Oversee land & expand strategy across the mid-market & franchise restaurant segment
  • Manage the day-to-day business as it pertains to sales, strategy, and expansion opportunities
  • Understand client needs as it relates to their long term hiring plans and goals
  • Active pipeline management including new business acquisition and expansion
  • Present your learnings to internal stakeholders and align resources for support
  • Create, build, and maintain existing and new processes as the business evolves

What it takes to succeed:

  • 5-8 years of sales experience with 2+ years in restaurant technology industry required
  • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams and managing quota expectations
  • Demonstrated track record selling and expanding partnerships of $25K-$100K+ in ARR across multiple and executive level decision makers
  • Know how to navigate complex sales cycles and orgs that have multiple decision makers
  • Be open to working in a startup environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as confident ability in asking for the close
  • Familiar with SFDC, Google Suite, and Microsoft office
  • Bring a positive attitude and passion for our challenge


Compensation: Competitive base salary and includes benefits, 401k, unlimited PTO, etc.
