Job Description & Responsibilities
Seasoned Inc. is looking for a foundational Mid-Market Sales Manager hire to help Seasoned scale into new and existing markets. As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will lead the team focused on landing and expanding new opportunities within the restaurant recruiting and technology segment. Throughout this process you will work directly with your new sales and partnerships team as we take them from initial sale to proof of concept, ultimately to a long-term partnership.
Given this is a newly formed position, you will play an integral role in helping to build out the process and long term strategy. Doing so will require a strong entrepreneurial mindset to not only help develop this role further but execute the plan on a daily basis. This role's primary focus will be balancing the customer needs, managing and growing your team, as well as securing and growing revenue on a quarterly basis.
