Job Description & Responsibilities

Seasoned Inc. is looking for a foundational Enterprise Account Manager to help Seasoned scale into new and existing markets. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will grow and retain revenue from an assigned Book of Business within the restaurant recruiting, operations, and technology segment. Throughout this process you will work directly with our Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams. This role will interact primarily with mid to high-level decision makers that may include operations leadership, HR business partners, franchise owners and corporate leadership, and C- Level Teams.

This is a newly formed position, as such this will be an integral role in helping to build out the process and long term strategy for Seasoned’s Enterprise Segment. Doing so will require a strong entrepreneurial mindset to not only help develop this role further, but execute the plan on a daily basis. This role's primary focus will be on uncovering and solving your prospects' hiring and recruiting needs as well as securing and growing revenue on a quarterly basis.

Where you come in:

  • Excel in relationship building, customer satisfaction, sales and product adoption
  • Manage a book of existing business; drive additional revenue from assigned accounts while also retaining a large amount of revenue through renewals and expansion
  • Proficient in creating and executing account plans that continue to drive both success, retention and expansion within individual accounts
  • Forecast and track key account metrics across multiple quarters
  • Take a proactive approach in creating mitigation plans by leveraging proper internal channels for escalations
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders & challenge dated processes by leveraging new technology
  • Analyze & present multiple levels of data as it pertains to customer performance to both internal and external teams
  • Work with multiple levels within an organization - operators, district managers and executives to understand different levels of need
  • Ability to work fast, under pressure and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Comfortable with an evolving, fast paced environment

What it takes to succeed:

  • 3-5+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience with 2+ years in restaurant, recruiting, or advertising technology sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of expanding and maintaining partnerships worth $1MM+ in ARR across multiple executive decision makers
  • Prior experience measuring account performance based on net dollar retention
  • Skilled in positioning and negotiating term contracts
  • Experience managing an active pipeline of multi-location restaurants
  • Be open to working in a startup environment, i.e., willing to wear more than one hat, expect to adapt quickly to change
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as confident ability in asking for the close
  • Familiar with SFDC, Google Suite, and Microsoft office
  • Bring a positive attitude and passion for our challenge

Compensation: Competitive base salary and includes benefits, 401k, etc.
